**Internship Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our IT Department as an IT
Support Intern. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience
in providing basic IT support services, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting
users with various technology-related tasks. This internship is an excellent opportunity
for someone looking to kickstart their career in IT support and gain practical skills in a
university setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-line technical support to students, faculty, and staff via phone,
- Assist users with basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network

issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripheral

devices.

- Document and track support requests using ticketing systems.
