**Internship Opportunity in Supply Chain**

Are you passionate about optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and contributing to the success of a dynamic organization? Look no further Ignion is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Supply Chain Intern to join our team.

**As an intern in our finance department, you will**:
**Warehouse/Assets**
- Understand, and / or maintain standard inventory management policies and procedures.
- Manage and document the receipt, handling, storage, release, and reporting of goods.
- Advise supervisor on potential inventory shortage.
- Maintain clear safety procedures.
- Implement and ensure clear loading / unloading procedures, correct stacking, and turnover (FIFO) procedures.
- Advise the Supply Chain Manager of store-specific issues or improvements
- Receive request forms and prepare the goods for issuance.
- Ensure goods, equipment’s are signed for received on the request form.
- Work with the Supply Chain Manager to reconcile the Warehouse register.
- Conduct routine inventory inspection and submit report to the Supply Chain Manager in a timely manner.
- Maintain asset records; ensure regular updates including details of the Asset, transferred, asset repaired, Asset breakdowns etc.

**Procurement**
- Support the implementation and / or maintenance of standard procurement policies and procedures.
- Support the coordination with Finance and Administration, regarding program the departments to ensure integrated internal controls, timely payment of vendors and full, auditable support documentation.
- Ensuring that a transparent and responsive procurement process is implemented and maintained.
- Routine communication, coordination and planning with the relevant requesting staff / programs regarding the order and delivery of supplies.
- Maintenance of ethical, professional working relationships with suppliers.
- Maintain supplier information for regularly purchased items and be informed of current local market conditions.

**Logistic**
- Correctly assist for all incoming and outgoing stock by using well maintained and detailed documentation.
- Ensuring that all Supplies, services, and equipment required are delivered in time.
- Suport Supply Chain looking for alternatives on the logistic international services

**Who we're looking for**:
Enthusiastic and motivated individuals pursuing a degree Procurement, Supply Chain Management or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of generic Supply Chain Management systems and forms Attention to detail and ability to multi-task Good command of excel A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.Good command of English.
