**Location**: Barcelona, Spain

**Employment Type**: Full-Time/Contract

Supply Chain SME plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the entire process of sourcing, procurement, production, and distribution of goods or services within an organization. Here are some key responsibilities and requirements for this role:
Key Responsibilities
- Risk Assessment: Assess and manage risks to supply chain operations due to potential disruptions or variances.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Vendor Management: Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and pricing.
- Inventory Control: Oversee procurement processes and inventory management to maintain optimal levels of stock.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to forecast demand and ensure timely production and delivery of goods.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in supply chain management, with a track record of success in optimizing operations and reducing costs.
