Apprentice Procurement Logistics EMEALocation: Barcelona, SpainJoin to apply for the Apprentice Procurement Logistics EMEA role at dsm-firmenich.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Procurement Logistics team in the strategy development and sourcing projects of road transportation, warehousing, and other logistics services across the EMEA region.Participate in cross‑functional projects and identify and/or contribute to continuous improvement projects, including process standardization.Develop decision‑support and control tools using Excel, Power BI, and VBA.Support Category Managers and Buyers in their day‑to‑day activities.Collaborate with internal stakeholders including operations, finance, and compliance to ensure smooth logistics operations.Help maintain and update supplier databases, contracts, and procurement documentation.Assist in tracking logistics spend and identifying cost‑saving opportunities.Support the team with reporting, KPI tracking, and data analysis where needed.Contribute to our responsible sourcing journey ensuring suppliers are onboarded in Ecovadis and SBTi.Develop internal communication for the Procurement department (e.g., market updates, newsletters).QualificationsRecently completed a degree or master’s in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, Business Administration or Engineering.Strong interest in procurement, logistics, and international supply chain operations.Good communication skills in English (French language is a plus).Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.Analytical mindset and attention to detail.Fast learner.
