We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive student to join our team at
**Axa Partners Spain as an intern in the Travel Commercial Department.** In this position, you will collaborate and coordinate with critical areas of the company, such as actuarial, back office, legal, IT, finance and operations, in commercial and back office tasks. If you are looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience and develop your commercial skills, this internship position is ideal for you.

**Your main responsibilities will be**:

- Provide support in client management, including maintaining contracts with insurance brokers and insurance companies, as well as reviewing and updating rates in our system.
- Coordinate with other areas of the company to ensure the correct implementation and operation of contracts, especially with regard to IT requirements, database reception and compliance with operational requirements established with the client.
- Support in the preparation of tenders, submission of tenders, preparation of contracts, etc., often handling a large amount of documentation in a timely manner.
- Participate in the migration of information to updated platforms.
- **Start of internship in August/September.**

**Your Profile**

**Requirements**:

- You must be studying or have a degree in economics, business administration or similar.
- It is necessary to be able to establish an internship agreement with a university or academic centre.
- Previous experience in commercial areas, implementation and back office will be an asset, as well as knowledge in insurance companies or brokerage firms and/or experience in travel assistance.
- Fluency in English (desirable).
- High level of order, planning and thoroughness, especially in the review of contracts and conditions.
- Cross-functional leadership skills, able to work efficiently with different areas and teams.
