**(Tax) Operations Manager - Spain (M/F/d)**

**We are looking for**

Our first ( **Tax) Operations Manager (M/F/d) ** in Spain who will support us with entering our first international market and democratizing financial services for the working class there. An international, intercultural team of serial founders and experienced executives is waiting for you. We are well capitalized and supported by
European and US top-tier VCs and various Business Angels.

**What will keep you challenged?**
- Conceptualizing, owning and managing aspects of our tax-related processes to optimize our customers’ tax refunds
- Working in an interdisciplinary team, collaborating and exchanging ideas with colleagues from various backgrounds (e.g. growth, product, marketing, customer success etc.)
- Identifying new ways to optimize internal processes
- Monitoring the performance of our prospective products against KPIs
- Ensuring smooth communication with the Spanish tax offices

**About Us**
We started our first service, i.e. ExpressSteuer, with the mission to create more tax justice in Germany. Instead of simply providing tools that only guide the user through the tax filing process, we have built a tax platform that eradicates all the friction for the user and allows for high process scalability. Now that we have raised a € 25M
Series A funding from Project A and Insight Partners we want to go big instead of staying home and decided to create the ExpressGroup. With ExpressGroup we will democratize financial services for the working class far beyond taxes and make fintech solutions accessible to the masses across Europe (and beyond).
