Job Summary
The Local Operations Specialist will manage local user operations for the AppStore, ensuring efficient execution, maintaining high-quality user experience, and supporting the product's presence in the Spanish market. The role requires proactive coordination with users, internal teams, and community channels to support growth, improve user satisfaction, and identify market insights.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Respond to user inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Provide guidance on product usage, troubleshooting, and technical questions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive user experience.
Market Analysis
- Conduct research on local market trends, user behavior, and potential opportunities.
- Monitor competitors and provide actionable insights to the product team.
- Support the development and execution of local marketing campaigns.
Operational Oversight
- Ensure compliance with local policies, regulations, and platform standards.
- Track product performance and identify operational improvement areas.
User Research & Community Operations
- Analyze local user feedback, public opinion, and product suggestions.
- Conduct weekly multi-channel data analysis with a focus on core user experience issues.
- Perform product walkthroughs, document issues, and follow through on resolutions.
- Operate and manage the Fans community in Spain, including issue tracking and user follow-ups.
Team Coordination
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, sales).
- Provide data-backed input on product enhancements and local feature needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Data Analysis, or related fields.
- Strong technical ability and understanding of software/mobile applications.
- Excellent customer service capability and relationship management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data analysis; advanced Excel required; SQL or Python preferred.
- Familiarity with smartphone ecosystem trends; preference for Xiaomi product users or Xiaomi Fans.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with remote teams.
- Experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Proficiency in relevant local languages (e.g., Spanish and English).
