**The Profile**:

- You are proficient in German and English (C1 level)
- You are a goal-oriented individual who is excited by the increased sales pipeline working with a broader team
- You have strong communications and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
- You are able to have a fluid conversation about business challenges and can articulate value propositions clearly
- You have experience in business development, sales or in providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Knows how an omnichannel platform works or has had Contact Center experience before and knows about different channels for contact Centers

**Your responsibilities**:

- Identify sales opportunities and high-quality profiling attracting customer interest.
- Planning appointments with future customers and sales representatives.
- Solve customer inquiries to reach their challenges, ensuring follow-up all the time.
- Create selling strategies for own products or services, knowing news and trends of the industry to ensure timely prospecting
- Monitoring competitors performance to know their strategies
- Record outbound call history and customer response in detail
