Amazon is looking for a pro-active, result-oriented Senior Program Manager to join the exciting F3 Launch & Expansion Team. You will support and take ownership of our new merchant pipeline. This is a strategic, cross-functional position where you will also liaise with Operations and Technology teams. You will be part of an all-star team of Expansion Program Managers focusing on expanding grocery delivery through new services, new geographies and new business models. You will lead program and process improvements, work across strategic projects while maintaining a strong focus on the customer.

You will follow projects from inception to launch on long-term horizon (1 year or more). You will ensure our weekly governance is effective and adds value but also take on any project that improve your scope’s ways of working and support innovation in your area. Our goal is to enable our business teams to reach new Amazon Fresh and Prime Now customers in a scalable, self-service way. You will support innovative experimentation in all topics surrounding groceries. You will also contribute to set project management standards and expectations and supporting large, cross-functional projects. In a nutshell: you will be the single threaded owner for everything related to launching new merchants onto our F3 marketplace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support our new merchant pipeline from negotiation to launching their first store
- Support the development and implementation of various program in expansion and experimentation
- Create consensus for each program vision both internally and with key external partners
- Lead the delivery of expansion milestones and develop improved launch mechanisms
- Identify hurdles and blockers and remove them with stakeholders across Business, Operations and Development Teams worldwide
- Work closely with category leaders, product management, operations, supply chain and finance business stakeholders to deliver the product vision to our customers
- Manage trade-offs of current products and programs concurrently with future program planning
- Actively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.

A day in the life
On a weekly basis you will touch point with your European stakeholders to keep your projects on track and remove any blockers. This mechanism exist for each of the 3 main milestones of the launch pipeline (negotiation, prioritization and launch).
You will also regularly meet and discuss projects and improvements with in functional touch points such as Tech syncs and Ops workshops.
While regular, project-related, expected work on your project might take 50% of your week, you can expect to also spend 25% on the unexpected problem solving and 25% on process improvement.
