This role can be based in London (UK), Madrid (ES), Milan (IT), Munich (DE), Paris (FR) or Luxembourg.

Amazon is looking for a talented Senior Program Manager to join the International F3 Organization (Amazon Fresh and 3P Grocery Delivery). As a part of the F3 Product, Strategy, and Tools team, you will be responsible for driving strategic projects and programs to find new ways for customers to order Grocery, while improving convenience in a cost-effective way.

In this role, you will interact with stakeholders from Business, Operation and Tech teams across Europe and International to deliver improvements in key controllable inputs: availability, delivery speed, cost and general operational excellence. You will identify, prioritize, deliver and scale projects to achieve these goals, while coordinating with several team members. You will have regular Director-level visibility and will be responsible for delivering solutions that are scalable, secure, and flexible while maintaining a strong customer focus.

This position may involve some travel both within Europe and to the US.

About the team
Within the International F3 Organization responsible for Amazon Fresh and 3P Grocery Delivery, PST (Product Strategy & Tools) unlocks value and enables decision-making operating at the center of the Business, Technology and Operations (BTO) domains. It leverages the capabilities of a team of 30+ (product and program managers, Business Intelligence engineers and Data Scientists) in addition to 40+associates in India/Romania/Shanghai as part of our offshoring program. PST exists to (1) work on and solve the biggest challenges that are consistent across all countries where Amazon Fresh is available outside US, (2) drive initiatives that are most efficiently executed/ coordinated by a single threaded owner for the entire INT'L, and (3) minimize the churn that comes from non-standardized ways of working. In doing this, we would enhance business performance by improving top and bottom line, releasing capacity through increased productivity and improving customer satisfaction

- Proven record of operational excellence and defect reduction.

- High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in SQL is a plus.
