Amazon is looking for a pro-active, results oriented Product Manager (M/F/d) to join the exciting Amazon Fresh team in Spain. You will own, oversee and/or execute strategic, cross-functional Selection projects, Strategy updates and internal tool implementations. You will support functional teams with your BI knowledge, while maintaining a strong customer focus in both disciplines.

Key job responsibilities
- Work as a business partner with marketing, finance and category teams in order to tackle selection-related business challenges and evaluate performances with a data driven approach.
- Own workstreams that automate and experiment with selection and assortment decisions
- Improve mechanisms and processes, automating, improving and measuring their impact on the business over time.
- Coordinate across multiple retail teams (e.g., catalog, buying/vendor management, product/program management, operations), building processes, and identify growth opportunities for the team
- Define assortment to be carried in each city
- Define Private Brand requirements
- Build set of metrics and reports to measure selection quality
- Own and execute end-to-end analysis including scoping, design, data collection, data analysis, creation of recommendations and presentation of results to senior leadership.
- Conceptualize and run selection tests that generate insights on customer behavior
