**Leads Management Agent Swedish speaker**

**Syfte med rollen**:
Våra** **agenter** **kommer att ägna sig åt hantering och kvalificering av leads för omvandling till potentiella kunder genom implementering av utgående försäljningskampanjer.

**Ansvar för leadshantering**:

- Hantera/kvalificera leads för att identifiera kunder med hög konverteringspotential.
- Uppnå fastställda konverteringsmål från lead till försäljning.
- Daglig kontakt med potentiella kunder genom olika kommunikationskanaler (samtal, e-post, chattar etc.)
- Identifiera kundernas behov och föreslå ad hoc-lösningar som ger värde för nästa steg i försäljningsprocessen.
- Uppdatera data i CRM.

**Vi söker dig om**:

- Du har stor kunskap och erfarenhet av kundservicebranschen.
- Erfarenhet av Outbound sales, B2B försäljning eller affärsutveckling.
- Förmåga kring relationsbyggande med kunder.
- Kommunikations
- och affärsfärdigheter.
- Svenska som modersmål samt flytande i tal och skrift på engelska och/eller spanska.
- Erfarenhet av användning av CRM-system och MS Office.

Tillsvidareanställning på heltid**. 40 timmar i veckan, måndag - fredag.
