Job Description is looking for a telesales agent for the French, Italian, German, Dutch or Portuguese market. The job in brief: Job Title - Telesales Agent - DK/DE/SE Speaking Working model - Hybrid from Madrid, Remote from Spain Team - Telesales Department Level - Entry Level Location - Madrid, Spain Contract - Permanent (EUR 36 h/week) Travel time required - Not required Key responsibilities: - Serve both inbound and outbound customers with German, Swedish or Danish - Sell holiday packages Qualifications Essential Native German, Swedish or Danish Fluent level of Spanish Thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detail Proactive team player Self-motivated, tenacious, uses initiative and problem solver Work to tight deadlines with a can-do attitude Strong communicator internal / external Work with commercial targets excellent computer use Desirable Oriented business results Versatility Previous experience in the travel context or sales Additional Information Starting date : February 11th
