- Sener Group,**we are seeking a visionary and experienced Discipline Lead to head our Project Management and Construction Management department. This role is pivotal in shaping our international team and driving excellence in the delivery of complex data center projects across multiple geographies.

**Key Responsabilities**:

- Leadership & Team Development: Lead and inspire a growing international team of PM and CM professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
- Project Oversight: Ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of data center projects, meeting client expectations in terms of schedule, budget, and quality.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve project delivery methodologies, tools, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks proactively, ensuring robust governance and control mechanisms.
- Talent Acquisition & Development: Attract top-tier talent globally and support their professional growth within the organization.
- International Expansion: Contribute to the strategic development of Quark’s international operations, adapting practices to diverse regulatory and cultural environments.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in project and construction management, ideally in large-scale data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish at a conversational level is required.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of international construction standards, data center design principles, and project delivery frameworks.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
