- As we move forward with the expansion of our European business, we seek an experienced _**_PROJECT DIRECTOR _**_with experience in CSA and/or MEP systems to manage and deliver high value packages of works._

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Management of all aspects of the Project in collaboration with the client, your team, GC, and sub contractors
- Ensuring that all resources necessary are in place and to agreed specification.
- Maintain a close view on cost reporting on all parts of the project.
- Manage/motivate employees to achieve results / deadlines.
- Manage contractors and client expectations.
- Achieve project and quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to Safety on projects under your control.
- Lead weekly and ad-hoc Meeting with key stakeholders to review - reviews, progress, issues, procurement, resources, change, and risks.

**Key Criteria for the Role**:

- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
- Ability to work well within strict deadlines
- Ability to drive a large-scale project
- Large MEP / CSA Projects experience
- Hi Tech Industrial, Manufacturing, or Pharma construction experience
- Track record in successful delivery of large-scale construction projects
- Ability to build a team when required
