As part of the HR department, you will support activities across our different brands: MTS Globe, OTS Globe, and Axis Data, with a strong focus on Labour relations issues and HR services administration.

As a trainee with us, you will have the opportunity to participate in and learn from the following activities:

- Organizing legal documentation and archiving employee files
- Learn and support Labour relations practices, including employee relations advisory to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Assist with drafting contracts, legal documents, annexes, termination paperwork, audit requests, and other related activities.
- Support internal global mobility processes for employees
- Act as trusted advisor to line managers and employees on legal HR-related issues
- Conduct legal research on Labour and employment updates (e.g., legislative changes, case law, Social Security guidance) to identify impacts and prepare concise briefings and recommendations for the business
- Provide administrative support for any project within the HR area and identify any process improvement.
- Gain knowledge of Spanish payroll standards and Social Security communications,
- Any other task as required

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a university degree in Labour Relations or Law, and available to do an internship.
- Creative problem solving skills, proactive and analytical thinking
- Self-motivated and happy to take on responsibility and drive topics forward proactively
- Knowledge of Spanish employment law and HR regulations
- Very high English and Spanish (written and spoken). Additional languages would be a plus
