Job description

We are looking for a proactive, organized, analytical, and solutions‑oriented individual to join our HR Services team in the Labour Relations area. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in legal matters within an international company's HR department. The selected candidate will actively collaborate on labour law topics and provide administrative support across various projects.

As part of the HR department, you will support activities across our different brands: MTS Globe, OTS Globe, and Axis Data, with a strong focus on Labour relations issues and HR services administration.

As a trainee with us, you will have the opportunity to participate in and learn from the following activities:

  • Organizing legal documentation and archiving employee files
  • Learn and support Labour relations practices, including employee relations advisory to ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Assist with drafting contracts, legal documents, annexes, termination paperwork, audit requests, and other related activities.
  • Support internal global mobility processes for employees
  • Act as trusted advisor to line managers and employees on legal HR-related issues
  • Conduct legal research on Labour and employment updates (e.g., legislative changes, case law, Social Security guidance) to identify impacts and prepare concise briefings and recommendations for the business
  • Provide administrative support for any project within the HR area and identify any process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a university degree in Labour Relations or Law, and available to do an internship.
  • Creative problem solving skills, proactive and analytical thinking
  • Self-motivated and happy to take on responsibility and drive topics forward proactively
  • Knowledge of Spanish employment law and HR regulations
  • Very high English and Spanish (written and spoken). Additional languages would be a plus
