**Key responsabilities**:
- Personnel Administration: give support in Personnel Administration task such as the elaboration of labour contracts, online communication with Social Security and supporting different administrative task of the department.
- Support the implementation of new and innovative HR and corporate social responsibity initiatives.
- HR professional with minimum 1 year experience in an international environment, with especial focus on recruitment.
- University Degree (Psychology, Labour Relations or Pedagogy).
- Fluent level in the English and Spanish language (written and verbal). German will be a plus.
- Good level of analytical, planning and organizational skills.
- Innovative and creative personality/mind-set, able to contribute with fresh ideas.
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint).
