**Requirements**:
**Your Experience, Our Future**:

- **Fluency in** **Portuguese**: Demonstrated by exceptional grammar and spelling.
- **Advanced English Proficiency**: Excellent written and spoken English communication.
- **Customer Service Enthusiast**:Possess a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- **Empathetic Communication**:Ability to handle sensitive calls with empathy and understanding.
- Strong Administrative Skills: Meticulous attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
- Proactive Problem-Solver: A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem resolution.

**Benefits**

**Your Benefits Package**:

- **Start Date**: 17th of November
- **Contract**: Temporary 3 months (1-month probation period)
- **Hours**:30 per wee**k**:

- **Work Schedule**: Tuesday to Saturday - 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
- **Salary**: €13,919 per year
- **Holidays**: 2 accrued per month
- **Work Model**: Hybrid - office working 6 times a month
- **Training**: 8 Days of Full Time Training (Mon-Fri)
- office training 10 am - 7 pm
- **Office Location**:Barcelona (La Sagrera)
