Technical Customer Support - Portuguese & Spanish. Fluent English
We're looking for a customer service driven and technically minded Technical Customer Support Analyst to provide Level 1 technical assistance and support to SiteMinder customers in Portuguese and English, across Europe.

As a Bilingual Technical Customer Support Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Provide technical support for all SiteMinder labelled products and services with a primary focus on our English and Portuguese speaking customers across Europe
- Provide the appropriate amount of information to our customers to ensure their enquiry is effectively resolved
- Ensure that all cases are resolved or escalated to the Level 2 Service Desk Team in a timely manner in line with our Customer Service (SLAs)
- Ensure that all issues are logged accurately on SiteMinder’s CRM system and that all cases are closed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese, English & Spanish
- Solid customer service experience with a love for providing the best service to our customers
- Solid problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work towards KPI's and targets
