**The Role**
**What will I be doing?**

We are looking for a **Customer Support Agent **to join our **Customer Experience team**. Currently, the team is made up of 40 people of different nationalities. We want someone with excellent communication skills, who likes to solve problems and who always gives the best answer to the client. If you are looking for a challenge, join our Family

**Your functions will be**:

- **Solve complaints and queries via ticket/phone **within the expected time limits (SLA).
- Control and **follow up any bugs** with the operations team and the client.

**Requirements**:
We look for people who want to start a career in Customer Experience. We look for people who can work in the **Portuguese market**, but also in other international markets.
**Required skills**:

- Ambitious, self-motivated, energetic
- Committed, organized, proactive
- Flexible, fast learner, risk-taker
- Decisive, multi-task.
- **Native level of Portuguese**:

- Comunicative-fluent English
- Excellence in communicating and problem-solving
- **Previous experience in Customer Experience**.
