Senior Sales Manager - Global Athlete & Team Marketing (M/F/d)

**Your responsibilities**
- Drive international partnership sales across various sports such as Basketball, American Football, Soccer.
- Advise and guidance for (global) brands on the sports sponsorship landscape and development of tailored solutions that align with their business objectives
- Lead sales pitches with clients to understand objectives, build relationships and secure revenue for the business (with occasional international travel)
- Provide regular updates in team sales meetings showcasing activity and pipeline development, business closed and share insights for potential collaboration with other sales team members
- Strenghten post-sales relationships to enhance renewal probability and identify cross-sales and upselling potential
- Act as an ambassador for SPORTFIVE, maintaining high professional standards in all external engagements.

**Your profile**:

- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably from a sports team, league or relevant property and/or agency experience
- Proven track record in generating sponsorship revenues with several years of professional work experience
- A strategic and consultative sales approach, including the ability to create customized partnerships tailored to individual brands' objectives
- Outstanding sales communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience delivering high-quality pitches to senior decision-makers in English
- Established network of brand contacts with the ability to expand relationships further
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work streams in fast-paced & time-sensitive environments
