JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role is responsible for managing the relationship with the credit insurances from an operational point of view including insurance policies constitution. Also is responsible for the credit insurance cost control and monitoring.

In addition to that is also responsible for leading, managing and directing all projects, improvements and incidences related to the Credit Management function, assuring that HB best practices are met.

Role
- Manage the credit insurance policies assuring that we have the best conditions in place from an operational point of view.
- Control and monitor all the cost related to the Credit Insurance, providing visibility on the invoicing and cost flow and explaining deviations and opps to stakeholders.
- Capture all the improvement needs of the area to be able to manage effectively all the projects, improvements and incidences related to the Credit Management area.

**Requirements**:

- Good understanding of legal texts to be able to manage Insurance Policies.
- Strong effective project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Appreciation of risk management.
- Interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders (such as It and Product teams).
- Finance qualification/degree.
- Project Management qualification.
