JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role’s responsibility in the company is:
Collect invoiced revenue from all customers located in the region of charge by managing and controlling the appropriate and timely gathering of resources
Reduce the risk of possible loss and decrease in cash
2. Reduction and control of difficult-to-collect debt by claiming all of it to avoid the loss or write-off, by contacting the customer, and negotiating payment plans
3. Invoice matching and clarification of the charges and items invoiced to customers along with other departments, to streamline the process by the customers to pay invoices on time
4. Accounting and reconciliation of the customers’ incomes and payments to update external and internal financial statements and reports, which allow the financial department to budget and have a further visualization of resources
