People Operations Manager

To succeed in this role you should have a very good attention to details, ease of learning ad well as accuracy in every performed task. The ability to work in a dynamic environment and communicate at different levels within the organization would be a great success factor. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Ensure maintenance of local labour law knowledge and act in an advisory and strategic role when looking at legislative changed and trends to assess and impact future strategy - Managing remote HR Operations Teams in Spain, which is responsible for legal and documentation from hire-to-rehire processes, preparation of contracts, annexes, documents related with internal and external moves - Coordinate administration of legal and EPAM Systems based on the defined processes - Manage HR administrative matters, execute timely the monthly reporting for HR - Coordinate and cooperate with external suppliers and local authorities for HR related matters - Be engaged in networking with local HR of other entreprises, associations - Research best practices evaluating "as is" processes and redesigning them to achieve better efficiency, effectiveness and control compliance - Operationalize end-to-end local regulatory requirements and global policies and program as well as those of other corporate groups into daily operations WHAT YOU HAVE - 3+ years of experience leading HR administration function for Spanish market - Comprehensive knowledge of Spanish labour law, payroll and regulations with practical experience in implementing changes - Proactive approach and positive attitude and teamwork - Strong experience in process improvements - Strong project and stakeholder managements skills - HR or similar faculty university graduate - Very good English skills - Experience in multicultural environment will be an asset - Strong communication and presentation skills WE OFFER - ** WORK & LIFE BALANCE.** Enjoy more of your personal time with flexible & remote work options, 24 working days of annual leave and paid time off for numerous public holidays - ** UNLIMITED LEARNING RESOURCES.** Develop your hard & soft skills with internal training and mentorship opportunities, professional certification programs, and access to 18,000+ LinkedIn courses - ** CLEAR & DIFFERENT CAREER PATHS.** Grow in engineering or managerial direction to become a People Manager, in-depth technical specialist, Solution Architect, or Project/Delivery Manager - ** GLOBAL RELOCATION OPPORTUNITIES.** EPAM has presence in more than 50 countries globally.
