Within our** I**nternational Implementation team** we accompany our international customers from the signature of their contract to the hand over to our services teams. In this way we guarantee smooth and clear integration of the agreed contractual deliverables so that as a result we have satisfied customers and happy SD Worx employees.
As Global Project Manager, you are part of our International Implementation team, and you will focus on the following **key responsibilities**:
- To lead projects of small-size/complexity, or supporting a Senior Project Manager to ensure all milestones are met within contractual, time, quality and budgetary constraints.
- To lead the smooth transition from Implementation to Operations, ensuring service levels are achieved and ensuring Operations are able to deliver their target operating model.
- Provide best practice delivery according to the SD Worx Implementation Framework and lead internal initiatives to develop internal process, ways of working and methodologies.

**What do you have to offer?**
- You bring at least 5 years of experience in a Project Management role in a B2B services context, or have built similar experience in an HR/ payroll role
- Experience of leading and managing small-size/ complex customer implementations with accountability for ensuring they are delivered to contractual requirements
- Analytical and strategic thinking with highly effective communication and relationship skills
- Highly commercially aware
- Track record of excellent organizational, time management and budgetary control
- Fluent knowledge of English, any other language is an advantage
**Your key accountabilities**
- Troubleshoot customer issues and build customer relationships to ensure maximisation of future revenues and business profit
- Understand and anticipate the customer needs, and support the recommendation of 'value added' solutions to the customer
- Manage external strategic third-party partner and supplier relationships
- Maintain budgetary responsibility for all implementations or cost centres under your control
- Act as Implementation role model and promote the corporate strategy, SD Worx values and ensuring a highly motivated team environment is crreated so that clients receive excellent service and support, maintaining customer NPS
- Recommend modifications to our Product set and understand the Product Roadmap
- Contribution to day to day management of the Implementation community and champion's development, succession planning and performance management activities against the Implementation skills framework
