**About the role**

Job Description Summary

There are two core purposes for this position. First is to provide Bid Management and bid support across our five Clean Energy segments of Wind Turbines, High Voltage Transmission, Hydrogen, Carbon Capture and Battery Energy Systems/Manufacture.

The second core purpose is to handle Key Account responsibilities for specified accounts within these Clean Energy segments. The position is a key pivotal member of the team, liaising between front end sales and business development with projects and operational departments.

This includes taking part in hand-off activities between the commercial team, technical ratification of the solutions, clarifying terms and conditions for major bids and developing core relationships and networking with our major accounts.

**Responsibilities Highlights**
- Key Account management
- First point of contact for major established customers in Clean Energy - pre-award
- Handling main enquiries from key/major clean energy customers list
- Close collaboration with BDM on pursuit of top 10 targets/region - list to be determined annually
- Lead bid process
- Produce bids following technical assessment and input from Technical Sales
- Commercial clarifications and negotiations
- Coordinating technical clarifications from Technical Sales
- Product and solution requirement definitions
- Define strategic approach to customer solutions in Clean Energy
- Pro-active and strategic standardisation of solutions for market segments in collaboration with Prog Mgr and Technical Sales
- Training of new team members on relevant disciplines

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of experience in similar role
- Demonstrated ability to meet business and financial objectives
- Excellent written, verbal skills, and communication skills in English
- Experience working cooperatively and respectfully on multicultural/cross-functional teams
