Roiback, specialist and leader in the management of the direct channel of hotel sales, is the first tech company from Spain being directly integrated into Book on Google, the engine’s solution to make the hotel research and booking process easier for consumers. This agreement aims to benefit Roiback’s clients by providing a higher conversion rate and a lower acquisition cost, and also to achieve better performance and a higher optimization on this service. Concurrently, and with the objective of offering better solutions to a changing industry where the weight of the metasearch engines is more and more relevant, Roiback has launched Metabase Pro, a specialized solution for the efficient management of the metasearch engines, that Roiback already offered with its reservation platform but from now will also be available for clients who do not use the BackHotel from Roiback. In the Press: “The Majorcan tech company Roiback is pioneer in Spain in integrating directly with Book on Google, the reservation tool from Google”. “This functionality improves the experience of the users, as it allows to book hotel rooms quickly and easily through travel partners”. “For the hotels, it increases their conversion and profitability and allow them to be present in some markets that, otherwise, would be difficult to reach”.This position sits within our Bedbank unit.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of Roiback’s marketing communications strategies and activities, both external and internal.
This role interacts with the Heads of the different Roiback regions (Europe, LATAM and APAC), as well as with central functions (Digital Marketing and Product Development) to define an appropriate positioning strategy globally and for each region, and to develop the necessary strategies and relationships to support such positioning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with media outlets to deliver marketing communication plans per region
- Liaise and coordinate with internal teams to source content marketing initiatives
- Ensure brand positioning strategies are defined and delivered for in each region
- Liaise with external partners and vendors to ensure efficient and effective delivery of projects under his responsibility.
- Design, branding and styling of internal and external communications
- Trade publication outlets and channels of communications use to deliver Roiback content
- Vendor selection
Skills and experience:

- PR and corporate communications know-how
- Knowledge of Latin American and European source markets and media landscape
- Web design know-how
- Excellent written English and Spanish
- B2b marketing

- Experience in a travel company
- Experience in b2b travel marketing
- Minimum of 5 years at senior management level in similar or related businesses
- Marketing and Communications, Marketing and / or Advertising degree and masters degree (preferable)
