We work with experts to create new, high-quality products that are designed to meet our customers' needs and support their journey to better health.

We're looking for a creative Head of Marketing to lead our growth strategy and strengthen our brand presence. You will be working from our marketing agency DPNY, which is based in Mallorca. Flexible working hours are possible. You don't mind travelling.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Lead the Marketing Team**: Drive the growth and strategic evolution of the brand by guiding a skilled marketing team.
- **Strategic & Operational Leadership**: Develop, implement, and analyze impactful marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and engagement.
- **Accountable for the entire budget**: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and reporting for the marketing department.
- **Innovate in Online Marketing**: Keep up with new trends and create campaigns for the supplement sector with the sales team.
- **Boost Marketing Efficiency & Customer Experience**: Lead strategic and operational initiatives focused on a seamless customer journey and impactful brand touchpoints.
- **Digital Campaign Management**: Oversee social media, SEO, and SEA strategies, ensuring effective and optimized digital presence.
- **Website Oversight**: Manage digital content and a coherent design for a consistent brand experience.
- **Campaign Concept Development**: Plan and run ad campaigns, from budgeting to choosing platforms and measuring results.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**: 3+ years in marketing, ideally within a health-environment.
- **Leadership Skills & Team Spirit**: Proven leadership experience with a hands-on approach and collaborative mindset.
- **Digital Marketing Expertise**: Proficiency in Google Ads, social media advertising, and SEO best practices.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with supplements is a strong advantage. Handling with Shopify, Klaviyo, ERP-Systems and Shopify-Apps are welcome.
- **Brand Development**: A bold, creative thinker with the vision and drive to elevate brand positioning and influence.
- **Product Passion**: Enthusiastic about driving the brand’s future, with a strategic vision for growth.
- **Language Skills**: Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication and creativity as core strengths.
