Ubicación: Palma de Mallorca y alrededores (Presencial)Jornada: CompletaInicio: Inmediato Sobre el rol: Head of Marketing El/la Head of Marketing será el corazón creativo y estratégico de la marca, con el objetivo de posicionar a Perlentaucher como la referencia en lujo y lifestyle inmobiliario. La persona seleccionada liderará la creación del equipo de marketing, profesionalizará procesos y aportará nuevas energías a la marca. Responsabilidades principales Brand Strategy: Desarrollar y fortalecer la identidad de la marca de manera emocional, internacional y digital. Team building: Crear un departamento de marketing sólido y autónomo (contenido, social media, diseño gráfico, performance). Content Creation: Diseñar contenidos de alto valor para campañas, storytelling y comunicación visual. Social Media & Performance: Expandir la presencia en Instagram, Pinterest y LinkedIn, gestionando KPIs, funnels y publicidad digital. PR & Events: Organizar eventos, colaboraciones y estrategias de marketing lifestyle (moda, arte, diseño, gastronomía). Colaboración con ventas: Diseñar estrategias de captación de leads junto al equipo comercial. Perfil buscado Experiencia consolidada en marketing, idealmente en lujo, inmobiliaria o lifestyle. Dominio de estrategia de marca, contenido, redes sociales y marketing digital.Creativo/a, estructurado/a y con ganas de construir, no solo gestionar. Manejo seguro de herramientas como Meta Business, Canva/Adobe CC, Mailchimp, CRM y Google Ads. Idiomas: Alemán e inglés fluidos; español es un plus. Proactividad, visión estratégica y capacidad para asumir responsabilidad. Lo que ofrece Perlentaucher Libertad creativa y capacidad de influir directamente en la estrategia de marca.
