JOB DESCRIPTION:
**Tasks**:
- Sourcing, writing and posting content in our employee engagement platform;- Promoting internal events, such as all employee business updates and town halls, and measuring their success;- Supporting the Internal Comms Managers to develop and design communication campaigns globally and functionally;- Briefing and working with the Graphic Designer & Videographer to create visual and video assets;- Producing powerpoint presentations for town halls;- Monitoring all communications activities, gathering data and generating performance reports for the team.

Skills needed:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a communications role is ideal but not essential- Ability to build positive working relationships internally and externally- Strong written and verbal communication skills- A good understanding of communication best practice- Ability to identify interesting topics for internal and external promotion- A creative mind, and a healthy interest in sharing and encouraging news and conversation- Ability to interrogate data, produce reports and analyze any emerging trends.- Ability to write creatively and clearly for a wide range of audiences- Experience of using Microsoft Office packages and web / intranet platforms
