Executive Director Marketing Communications

Lead development of the long term marketing strategy and the day-to-day communications in-line with company objectives to create effective plans focused on growing the audience for our products and services.

**Tasks and duties**:
Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.

Collaborating with business and design teams to uncover insights for developing marketing and branding strategies for existing and new products.

Planning and implementing promotional campaigns, online and print.

Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.

Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.

Researching and analysing market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.

Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback

Provides in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing and communications department in important buyer/partner meetings.

Preparing and monitoring the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis allocating funds wisely.

**Required skills and qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications

Successful track record in senior marketing role and campaign creation

Experience in digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing

Established roster of media and PR contacts

Experience working in an international business & large scale database

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Able to appropriately combine attention to detail with longer term big picture/strategic thinking

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Good understanding of the real estate property market

Confident and dynamic personality. Strong creative outlook.

Budgeting, Organisation, Multi-Tasking

English and Spanish proficiency. German (non-mandatory)

Location: Must be based in Palma de Mallorca - Balearic Islands
