Travel Connection’s sport and entertainment division has been in operation since 1992 providing access to world class sporting events in Europe.
Enabling fans to attend football matches safe in the knowledge tickets are genuine, official and authorised by the football clubs.
As an authorised agent for most famous English Premier League and Spanish La Liga clubs, we offer a comprehensive range of clubs including Arsenal FC, Manchester United, Chelsea FC, Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool FC, Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, Paris St Germain, Roma, AC Milan and many more.
**Sales & Marketing Executive**
Position created to support the Managing Director and Sales Director in the sales function of the business.
Performing key administrative, account managing and support duties in a B2B environment.
**Tasks to include**:
- Account Managing longstanding and new partnerships
- Liaise and work closely with key online travel agent accounts such as KLOOK, Viator, MRT, Interpak etc
- On board process of new clients
- Manage official promotional imagery supplied by football clubs
- Sub-agency management, compliance documentation
- Trade show admin organisation
- Manage pricing for selected offline sales channels
- Respond to ad hoc sales enquiries
- Online research to identify new client opportunities
- Manage B2B social media
- Create promotional company presentations for marketing purposes
**Key Qualities Required**:
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Excel, PowerPoint
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and spoken English
**Location**:
A hybrid WFH policy with office location Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
Pay: 40,000.00€ per year
**Experience**:
- Sales administration: 3 years (preferred)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in 07013 Palma de Mallorca
