As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of our innovative Longevity mobile App. You will be accountable for all aspects of product management, from conceptualization to delivery, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.

**Responsibilities**:
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to:

- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's vision and goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify user needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Define product requirements and specifications, working closely with UX/UI designers and development teams.
- Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including product testing and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve the product.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, and business development, to ensure successful product delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to healthcare and data privacy.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role you will need to have:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a healthcare or wellness-related field.
- 3+ years of experience with mobile app development (preferably Flutter)
- Strong understanding of Web-3 technologies, AI, and machine learning.
- Demonstrated experience in product development and launch, with a track record of delivering successful digital products.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing product development lifecycles.
- AGILE/Scrum methodology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
- Genuine passion for health & wellness, with desire to grow with the company

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Experience with Wearable device integration with mobile apps
- Experience with integrating blockchain smart contracts to mobile apps
- Experience with process automation tools
