**Customer Service - Dutch Speaker (M/F/d)**
**(Fixed-term contract) **based in Valencia, Spain**
**Responsibilities**:
- Supporting the sales force and pursuing pending offers
- Communicating with customers in Dutch, English, and French
- Advising existing and potential customers on product inquiries
- Processing of quotes, orders, invoices, including follow-up until the delivery
- Maintaining CRM data, processing of complaints and contacting customers in the event of late payment
**Profile**:
- Business Economics / Organization Management / Digital Management / Supply Chain or similar majors
- Extensive background in Customer Service and Backoffice Management, particularly in B2B and industrial environmen
- Proficient in Dutch and fluent in English, French and German a plus
- Skills in MS Office (especially Excel) and knowledge in SAP
- Willing to travel abroad 30% of the time
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and a self-motivated, and structured work sty
