This role will be part of a growing customer service operation based in Valencia , supporting multiple European markets within an international and collaborative environment.The selected candidates will play a key role in delivering a high-quality customer experience , acting as the first point of contact for customers and contributing to the continuous improvement of service quality as the company scales its operations.Main ResponsibilitiesManage customer requests and incidents via phone, email, chat and other digital communication channelsDeliver clear, professional and solution-oriented support to customers and service providersEnsure issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfactionMonitor the quality of services delivered on the platform and take appropriate action when standards are not metApply internal procedures and service guidelines to guarantee consistency and qualityAccurately record customer interactions, cases and outcomes in CRM and support toolsEscalate complex or sensitive situations to senior team members when requiredWork closely with internal teams to ensure effective case resolutionShare customer insights and recurring issues to support continuous service improvementRequirementsNative or fluent French , with professional proficiency in EnglishMinimum 3 years of experience in customer service, customer support or customer success rolesStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenCustomer-oriented mindset with attention to detail and service qualityAbility to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situationsComfortable working with digital tools, CRM systems and support platformsInterest in working in a fast-growing, technology-driven environmentSpanish is a plusAt Acertto Talent Linkers , we strongly believe in diversity and inclusion.
