**➪ What will you do?**:
- Collect and analyze recruitment data to optimize strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Talent & People, Diversity, and Gender Equality policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends and best practices.
**➪ What profile are we looking for?**:** Mandatory**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Technical background and/or at least 3 years of experience in recruiting technical profiles.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and collaborate effectively with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with role requirements.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing an ATS (Teamtailor preferred).
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
**Valuable**:
- Knowledge of HR analytics and recruitment tools.
- Possession of a disability certificate equal to or greater than 33% will be valued but is not mandatory, in compliance with the General Law on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and their Social Inclusion.
