**The role**:
- **Sourcing and Recruiting**:
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on talent acquisition.
- Work with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of recruitment goals with company objectives.
- **Data and Analytics**:
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on hiring progress and performance against targets.
- **Employer Branding**:
- Promote the company as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and tech meetups.
- **Compliance**:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or agency recruitment, focused on tech roles.
- **Skills**:
- Strong understanding of the tech industry and its recruitment challenges.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
**It’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in**:
- Finance experience or knowledge of Trading
- Knowledge of TradingView
