**Right now, we are looking for a Talent & Culture Business Partner to join our team**

**You will get the chance to**:
**Work with professionals who have created some of the most revolutionary solutions in their fields.**Work with a multicultural team spread across Europe.**Make an impact and work in large-scale projects globally.**Be responsible for local support to Globers.**Be a Globant’s culture and values ambassador.**Organize, present and welcome with Onboarding to the new hires and follow up.**Ensure the compliance of our Code of Ethics and Monitor disciplinary actions.**Communicate and organize actions regarding volunteering, diversity and inclusion, communities and specific needs along with Sustainability.**Define mood survey strategies and action plan.**Work with Leaders to ensure glober´s performance and wellbeing within Globant**Improve people 's processes to create a better employee experience.**
