Customer Service with High Level of Flemish

What do we offer?

\- You will have a base salary of 25K.
\- You will work in a young and international environment.
\- You can choose in Morning, Afternoon or Night Shift.
Tasks
**During your day to day**:
\- You will respond to customer inquiries regarding service and product related inquiries
\- You will inform customer about specific products, services, policies and processes
\- You will troubleshoot and resolves customer issues
\- You will promote relevant customer products
\- You will identify sales opportunities
\- You will provide technical contractual support
**Requirements**:
**You are the person we are looking for if**:
\- You have passion to service end-customers
\- You have excellent communication skills high focus on customer satisfaction.
\- You have native or very high language skills in Flemish + good in English (reading, writing)
\- You are customer service-orientated and a high focus on customer satisfaction
