**Key Responsibilities & Tasks**
- You will proactively engage with RISE with SAP and Pay-As-You-Go customers to sustainably increase consumption of SAP BTP services, and coordinate activities with the Account team.
- You are the primary SAP BTP point of contact and will drive alignment across SAP and customers resources.
- You will analyze your customer’s technical needs and execute activation plans for your assigned customers.
- You have expertise with digital transformation and advise on technical and business architectures.
- You will instruct and prepare the customer to make the best use of the solution, in alignment with their project goals, SAP strategy and roadmap.
- You will be a voice of the customer to internal SAP stakeholders.
- You will work with colleagues from a broad variety of groups such as Cloud Success Services life-cycle relevant centers of experts, Account Teams, Pre-sales, Product Management groups, Support, Services, Partners, etc.
**Experience & Language Requirements**
You have a broad understanding of Cloud Technologies, Integration, Application, Data, Infrastructure and Security technology domains in the enterprise software world. You can map these domains to BTP Architectures and Services to solve customer business problems. You have professional knowledge of Cloud software solutions and Cloud delivery models. You have a working knowledge of hybrid and cloud-based landscapes and can guide customers on technology architectures and strategies. You can engage with a customer to help them articulate goals and get started.
You will excel in this role if:
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with design thinking methodology is a plus.
- You communicate proactively and can prioritize efficiently.You have a strong sense of accountability.
- You have the ability to host and manage digital events with a broad international and multicultural audience.
- You have a strong customer service mindset and customer empathy.
- You can manage complex organizational dynamics both internally at SAP, as well as externally with customers and partners.
- You have the ability to continuously adapt to the unique business and cultural practices of each region/country.
- You have a strong sense of accountability. You can tailor, articulate and clearly communication messages relevant to each target audience.
- You have a deep understanding of one or more areas of the SAP BTP portfolio: SAP BTP Extension and Integration Suite, Cloud Databases, Cloud Data Management, Analytics Cloud Solutions.
- You have foundationalknowledgeof public cloud platforms and providers(e.g. MicrosoftAzure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, etc.)
- Understanding and implementation experience with one or more SAP Solutions, in particular S4/HANA.
- You have at least 7 years of experience working in the IT Industry. Your background could be Software Engineering, Solution Management, Project/Product Management, Project Implementation, Pre-sales, Customer Engagement, Customer Success, Proactive Support Services, Consulting, etc.
- You have a passion for learning new technologies and are excited to try new approaches in an effort to drive scalability.
- You enjoy problem solving to find the win for the customer in a fast-moving team based environment and can guide new team members into the role.
