**Business Development Manager**
Evolution is a young and rapidly growing enterprise with +15 years of experience helping deep-tech ventures gain access to public/private funding for R&D projects and the commercialization of new technologies.
We support our clients in their path to market introduction of innovative products, processes, and services.

Today we are a team of 64 outstanding professionals working with startups and scaleups across EU 18 countries and are quickly expanding our geographical presence and service portfolio further. Our client base
(with +500 clients) stretches across various industries, including transportation, energy, cleantech, MedTech, robotics, aviation, nanomaterials, agriculture, health, environment, and other industrial processes, carrying on more than 350 annual projects.

We also promote entrepreneurship and hard science-based innovation by supporting the process of knowledge transfer between companies and institutions, helping ventures access tax incentives, and connecting technologies and people in the ecosystem where it is needed most.

As we are constantly growing and our goal is to keep doing it, our GR
- EU Programmes - Business Development needs a new _evolutioner _for the team to help us with a Business Development Manager (BDM) role in the
European market.

**What will be your primary responsibilities?**
- Developing business in new markets to support our EU business development team.
- Scaling Evolution’s business searching and examining potential customers.
- Analyze new products for their viability to European funding programs.
- Brand dissemination and product presentations by attending information exchange forums, presentations or fairs, etc.
- Sell managed services to clients, from proposal to closing.
- Collaborate hand in hand with the technical team to prepare qualified information on the lead or customer to be visited.
- Update information in the company's CRM.

**What do you need to join our team?**

**Previous experience**
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a sales or business developer and sales.
- Previous experience in sales/business development in the R&D or industrial sector.
- Previous experience working with any CRM and other relevant tools, sales and analytics techniques, and software.

**Education**

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

**Travel**
- Availability to travel in Spain and the EU.

**Work permit**
- Having Spanish nationality, a work permit, or a residence permit is a must.
- In case you don’t have the first option, the possibility to collaborate as a freelance.
