**Digital Banks is a new global unit that will manage the 100% digital banks created by BBVA and the entity's participation in different neobanks, such as Atom in the United Kingdom and Neon in Brazil.**

**This unit will establish a connection between the different digital initiatives to maximize synergies and learning acquired.**

**At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in banking, fintech, or financial services.**
- **Strong interpersonal skills, with experience working across multiple departments and teams.**
- **Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.**
- **English proficiency**

- **Business Analysis & Financial Modeling**:

- **Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and business case development.**
- **Proven experience in market research and analysis, with an understanding of M&A processes.**
- **Market & Competitive Analysis**:

- **Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and assess competitive positioning in the digital banking sector.**
- **Experience in conducting M&A analysis, due diligence, and understanding the strategic fit of potential acquisitions or partnerships**

**About the job**:
**The Business Manager / Senior Manager Digital Banks will provide support to the Strategy Digital Banks team, focusing on the analysis of business initiatives and market analysis. This role will be key in delivering detailed market analysis, financial modeling, and strategic recommendations to drive the bank’s growth and competitiveness in the digital banking landscape.**
- **Key Responsibilities**
- **Business Initiative Analysis**:

- **Support the evaluation and analysis of new business initiatives and opportunities within the digital banking ecosystem, assessing the feasibility and return on investment**
- **Market Research & M&A**:

- **Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and potential M&A targets, assisting in due diligence processes**
- **Develop business cases, including competitor**
- **Strategic Insights & Reporting**:

- **Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing findings, trends, and strategic recommendations.**
- **Develop financial models to support business decisions, providing clear insights into profitability, cost structures, and market potential.**
- **Support for Growth Strategy**:

- **Provide analysis to support market expansion efforts, identifying potential areas for growth and suggesting strategic initiatives to capitalize on market opportunities.**
