**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
JOB PURPOSE
Following the transformation the Group is undergoing, we are looking for a Talent & Culture Strategy Manager that will report to the Director of Talent and Culture Strategy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Talent & Culture Strategy Manager will support to the Director of Talent and Culture Strategy in the main processes of talent management for the critical positions of Grupo Santander (e.g. Promontorio, Council members). Some of them: i) role mandate, ii) succession plan, iii ) recruiting and selection of senior talent, iv) development plan and career plan
This role will also support in the Santander Group's culture strategy as well as its integration in the day-to-day activities of its leaders.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Definition and implementation of the talent development strategy for the Identified Segments, ensuring that it is aligned with the strategic objectives of Grupo Santander from a business perspective.
- Reimagining, definition, digitization and systematization of the main talent management processes for the group, including but not exclusively: i) role mandate, ii) succession plan, iii) development plan and iv) career plan. Definition of KPIs for measurement and subsequent monitoring that will allow the evaluation of the success of the implemented processes, both in the results of the Group and in the satisfaction of the target people.
- Support in the processes to attract top talent for the Group's senior positions: ensuring constant mapping of positions in the market, identifying business needs in advance, setting clear evaluation criteria, defining associated processes and ensuring their digitization, etc.
- Leadership of cultural transformation, setting strategic lines, ensuring compliance and commitment to them. Definition of KPIs for measurement and subsequent monitoring that will allow the evaluation of the success of the initiative.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in achieving end-to-end projects, from definition to successful implementation and follow up.
- Ability to interact with senior management in the Organization.
- Teamwork.
- Perfect knowledge of English language.
- It would also be nice to have:
- Experience in the Santander Group, which would help in quickly understanding the different issues.
- Previous experience in strategic consulting.
- Previous experience in digital environments.
