Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join one of our clients. This company is a global leader in sustainable solutions for agriculture. Their 2000 employees across more than 30 countries, strive every day to leading the change in food production system through a well-balanced agriculture.
The TA Manager will be someone with strong interpersonal skills, adaptability to work with people from various cultures & areas of business. Strong decision-maker and good project management and analytical skills.
**Your role**:
Design and lead an effective Talent Acquisition Strategy.
Act as the senior recruiting partner and advisor to the business.
Train, coach, and manage the day-to-day activity of the Talent Acquisition team.
Define and report on robust metrics to measure talent acquisition effectiveness and performance, maintaining all Talent Acquisition KPIs up to date.
Handle full recruitment life cycle to hire top talent globally.
Own Employer Branding strategies to make our employer reputation unique.
Provide training to line management on recruiting, interviewing, and the selection process as needed.
**Requirements**:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in human resource and/or recruiting fields with strong focus on Talent Acquisition delivery and Recruitment strategy
3+ years of previous Talent Acquisition Lead/Manager experience, preferably in international environments.
Experience managing a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists.
Experience in developing and implementing a recruiting strategy and understanding the competitive landscape for talents in the EMEA market.
Experience hiring, developing, and managing large recruitment teams in a growth context with the ability to scale up based on business needs.
Good understanding of whole recruitment cycle with different profile types (from entry level till top management)
Experience using platforms such as LinkedIn, Infojobs, Indeed, etc. (including hunting)
Preferable experience recruiting international profiles
Experience collaborating with recruitment agencies
Excellent level of English and Spanish both written and spoken.
Demonstrated project leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
