Role Overview
We are expanding our Strategy & Transformation team in Madrid and looking for a Manager with strong consulting experience and a passion for driving change in the Telecom, Media & Technology industry. You will lead strategic and operational transformation projects, working closely with C-level stakeholders to design innovative business models and implement solutions that create sustainable value.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements focused on network strategy, operational excellence, and digital transformation.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams, ensuring delivery quality and mentoring junior consultants.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to define objectives, challenge requirements, and communicate insights effectively.
- Design and implement cost optimization and performance improvement programs.
- Support business development activities: proposals, client presentations, and thought leadership.
- Contribute to internal knowledge assets and best practices for the Telecom, Media & Technology domain.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in consulting or telecom companies, with a focus on strategy and transformation projects.
- Solid understanding of telecom architecture across BSS and OSS.
- Ability to navigate complex environments and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (oral and written).
- Expertise in project leadership, team management, and client relationship management.
- Familiarity with network planning and optimization tools.
- Experience in digitalization initiatives, operational efficiency programs, or cost optimization projects.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies in telecom and media.
