Ultralite is working with a startup in travel tech / hospitality space and are supporting them in building a Partnerships function from scratch.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote/hybrid role for a Partnerships Manager. The primary responsibilities include identifying and building strategic partnerships, managing business development efforts, negotiating agreements with partners, and fostering long-term relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Additional tasks include conducting market research across various industries and markets in NORAM and EMEA, refining partnership strategies, and aligning initiatives with the company's overall commercial objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of partnerships is also key.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Relationship Management, and Strategic Partnerships
  • Proficiency in Negotiation, Contract Management, and Client Communication
  • Experience in conducting Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and ICP Refinement
  • Knowledge of Commercial Strategy Development and Sales Processes
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration
  • Strong ownership, organizational and project management skills
  • Prior experience in a SaaS startup / scaleup or consulting space is a plus
