Partnerships Manager

About Rentry

Rentry is a consumer app that rewards renters for paying rent on time.

Users earn points they can spend on real rewards from local and online partners.

These rewards cover lifestyle, fitness, wellness, food, coworking, e-commerce and more.

We're launching in Madrid with our first partners onboard.

Our goal is to build a trusted partner network that renters use and that delivers measurable value to businesses.

The role

We're hiring a 
Partnerships Manager
 to sign new merchants and manage ongoing relationships with existing partners in Madrid.

You'll own the full partner lifecycle from sourcing and outreach to onboarding, relationship management and renewals in a hands-on role with direct impact on growth and revenue.

What you'll do

  • Sign and onboard local partner businesses (cafés, gyms, wellness, coworking, food)
  • Build and manage a structured partner pipeline
  • Own merchant relationships from first contact to renewal
  • Ensure onboarding and redemptions run smoothly in practice
  • Keep partners active, informed and satisfied
  • Identify issues early and help improve partnership performance over time

What we're looking for

  • 2–6 years of experience in partnerships, B2B sales, account management, or customer success roles working with local or small-to-medium businesses
  • Comfortable managing conversations with business owners and decision-makers
  • Structured and reliable in managing pipelines, follow-ups and relationships
  • Proactive, hands-on and execution-oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Based in Madrid (or able to be on the ground frequently)

Nice to have

  • Sales experience in a B2B environment, working directly with local business owners or decision-makers
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
  • Exposure to consumer apps, marketplaces or loyalty platforms
  • Familiarity with simple CRM or tracking tools (e.g. Google Sheets, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
  • Additional languages (e.g. Portuguese, Italian, French)
