Your Role

As the
Manager, Revenue, Ramp Strategy and Central Hotel Services
, you are responsible for identifying, evaluating, and optimizing revenue opportunities across a diverse portfolio of newly opened and transitioning hotels. You play a pivotal role in shaping commercial performance during the critical ramp-up period by applying data-driven insights, market intelligence, and strategic analysis to inform pricing and revenue management decisions.

You will uncover revenue potential across transient and group segments, assess competitive positioning, and monitor emerging trends to drive sustainable top-line growth. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities, ensuring each property is well-positioned to achieve optimal revenue outcomes from the very start.

You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to align on strategic objectives, implement tailored revenue strategies, and ensure consistent execution across the portfolio. This collaborative approach helps maintain agility, responsiveness, and alignment with broader commercial goals during periods of transition and market entry.

This position reports to the Director, Ramp Strategy, Performance Optimization & Central Hotel Services and may be based in London, Madrid, Paris, or Zurich, depending on the candidate's location and right to work.

Your Responsibilities

Ramp Performance Strategy & Execution

  • Develop tailored revenue strategies for new openings and transitions, with clear 30/60/90-day performance milestones.
  • Ensure optimal market launch readiness, including pricing, distribution setup, and content visibility.
  • Guide group and event booking strategy, support DBR reviews, and onboard hotels to revenue tools and processes.
  • Conduct pre-opening commercial audits, engage with owners and asset managers, and maintain an adaptable ramp playbook.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Communicate insights and results clearly to stakeholders and ensure alignment across Sales, Revenue, and Marketing teams.
  • Partner with Opening & Conversion to deliver high-quality, on-time revenue components and gather post-launch feedback to refine strategy.
  • Collaborate with Loyalty and Partnerships to activate programs early in the ramp cycle.

Pricing & Inventory Optimization

  • Analyze transient and group segments to recommend pricing, distribution tactics, and inventory strategies.
  • Oversee occupancy and RevPAR optimization through rate strategy, restrictions, and competitive alignment.
  • Build initial 12-month budgets/forecasts, calibrate dynamic pricing models, and ensure enrollment in key third-party systems.
  • Optimize OTA strategy and content for early-stage visibility and conversion.

Reporting, Analytics & Optimization

  • Conduct performance analysis and forecasting for ramp-stage hotels.
  • Monitor market and competitive dynamics to inform positioning and pricing decisions.
  • Maintain ramp KPI dashboards and run scenario analyses to evaluate revenue impact.

Your Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of progressive revenue management experience, ideally in a centralized or multi-property environment.
  • Proven success managing pre-opening or transition strategies with measurable impact on ramp performance.
  • Experience supporting full-service and/or select-service hotels across diverse markets.
  • Proficiency in RMS, CRS, and PMS systems; Hyatt systems experience (PRIO, Envision, SynXis, Opera) is a strong advantage.
  • Deep understanding of pricing strategies, inventory management, segmentation, and competitive analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, especially when navigating tight timelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment and adaptable to evolving commercial conditions.
