We are looking for a **Swedish Speaking Customer Representative **to join our exciting projects, with leading brands from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and many more industries.

- Full-time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday to Thursday 9:00 - 18:00, Friday rotative 9:00 - 17:00 or 10:00 - 18:00

**What you’ll experience at Webhelp**

As a **Customer Representative **in our team, you will:

- Provide accurate information to our customer
- Logging and follow up of correct and Valid Orders or requests
- Ensure the highest level of Customer Satisfaction Surveys Scores
- Deliver high caliber Customer Service on Post-Sales requisitions (Logistics, warranties, refunds )
- Capture of all required data elements in CRM as required by client’s training, policies and procedures

**We’ll be a great match if you**:

- Are native or proficient in Swedish and English, Norwegian or Danish are a plus
- Have excellent communication skills in a variety of customer facing situations
- Are a good team player with drive for success
- Have previous experience in similar position is a plus.
